You can either freeze the action or create motion blur with the <Tv >
(Shutter-priority AE) mode on the Mode Dial
* < Tv > stands for Time value
Frozen action Blurred action
(Fast shutter speed) (Slow shutter speed)
Set the _4ode Oiat to <Tv>,
'_ Set the desired shutter speed.

_ Turning the <_,/_'_> dial to the right
sets a faster shutter speed, and
turning it to the left sets a slower one
Take the picture,
_ When you focus and press the
shutter button completely, the picture
will be taken at the selected shutter
speed.
About the Shutter Speed Display
The LCD monitor displays the shutter speed _s _ eactionk However, the
viewfinder displays only the denomir_ato_ Also, 'e'ts" indicates 0.5 sec. and
_15'"_ is 15 sec.
