  • Page 5 Step One -Join left door (6) with left outside panel (2) by securing 12 side door hinge screws (M) through 2 side door hinges (L). -Repeat with right door (7) and right outside panel (3). Step Two -Join upper door (14) with center shelf panel (13) by securing 12 upper door hinge screws (J) through 2 upper door hinges (I).
  • Page 6 Step Three -Screw eight 3-in-1 bolts (A) to base panel (1). -Screw four 3-in-1 bolts (A) to top panel (15). -Attach two upper door stoppers (K2) to top panel (15) by securing 4 back panel screws (F). Step Four -Screw six 3-in-1 bolts (A) to center shelf panel (13). -Screw four 3-in-1 bolts (A) to left inside panel (4).
  • Page 7 Step Five -Join left rebox trim (8) with left inside panel (4) by inserting three bolts in the holes of panel (8). Using 3 excenter ttings (B) to lock the bolts. -Repeat with right rebox trim (9) and right inside panel (5). Step Six -Set base panel (1) at as shown.
  • Page 8 Step Seven -Attach lower rebox trim (10) to left (8) and right (9) rebox trim by securing 2 long allen screws (C) through 2 washers (D). -Attach upper rebox trim (12) to inside panel (4) and (5) by inserting 2 bolts in the holes of panel (12).
  • Page 9 Step Nine -Locate top panel (15) from step 3. -Secure top panel (15) to assembled parts by inserting 4 bolts in the holes of the two panels. Using 4 excenter ttings (B) to lock the bolts. -Attach rebox support (11) to base panel (1) by securing 2 long allen screws (C). Step Ten -Insert 4pcs shelf panel supports (G) to the holes of panel (2), (4), (3), (5) respectively.
  • Page 10 Step Eleven -Attach 2pcs side back panel (16) and 1pc upper bac k panel (17) to above nished parts by securing 26 back panel screws (F). Step Twelve For next step reference the instruction manual included with your rebox. If you do not have an instruction manual included with your rebox do not attempt to assemble or operate.

Utiliser 3 écrous de blocage décentrés (B) pour bloquer les boulons. - Répéter la même procédure pour la moulure droite (9) et le panneau intérieur droit (5). Sixième étape - Placer le panneau de base (1) sur une surface plane tel qu’illustré.
