TROUBLESHOOTING

If your NODE computer has problems, use this guide to fix it. If you cannot fix it, take your computer—with the bicycle—to your dealer.
Symptom
Possible Causes
Magnet misaligned or too far away
Erratic data
Sensor battery power is low

Readjust magnet and sensor placement
Replace battery

Force connect
Reset wheel size
Readjust magnet and sensor alignment

Switch sensor to ON
Readjust or moisten heart rate strap
Force connect
Replace battery
Switch sensor to ON
Select correct sensor and then pair/connect
Force connect

Refer to owner's manual for power meter
Press any button
Reinstall good battery
Activate the sensors and Force connect
