place with the Disk Nut (13).

Reinstall the Bit, and secure in
place.

Loosen the Circle Size Knob (10),
adjust it to the desired circle size
indicated on scale, and tighten it.
Work piece and Work area Set up
and deatH:
Before cutting into a wall,
turn off all power in circuits
with wiring within that wall,
know the location of all
utility lines (wiring, gas
pipes, water pipes, etc.), and
stay well clear of all utility
lines.

Designate a work area that is clean
and well-lit. The work area must not
allow access by children or pets to
prevent distraction and injury.
2.
Secure loose work pieces using a
vise or clamps (not included) to pre-
vent movement while working.

Charging instructions

1.
The Charger (SKU 67031) and Bat-
tery Pack (SKU 67029) are sold
separately. Please refer to the 67031
Charger manual for important safety
warnings and proper instructions on
charging the battery pack.

Charger or Battery pack to power
this tool.

BeFore operation:
a.
remove Battery pack.
b.
inspect workpiece to ensure the
cutting area is free of foreign ob-
jects and utility lines.
c.
make sure that the Base plate is
in place and in proper working
order.
d.
tighten all knobs/bolts securely.
e.
tighten Collet nut.
2.
Switch tool off (0 position).
3.
Install fully charged Battery Pack
(67029, sold separately) into base at
back of handle.
4.
Hold the tool with one hand on the
handle and the other hand on the mo-
tor housing.
5.
Position the bit near, but not touching,
the work surface.
