Weigh all meat and poultry prior to defrosting and cooking as the labelled weight is only approximate.
Defrost: If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminium foil.This will
prevent the areas from becoming warm during defrosting. Ensure the foil does not touch the
oven walls. Do not cook the meat or poultry until thoroughly defrosted.
For defrost, during cooking, the system will pause and sound beeps to remind user to take
operation(Turn around the food). Touch START/AUTO MINUTES to resume cooking.
AUTO COOK enables you to cook foods listed on the control panel and
the chart on page 13. Follow the example below for details on how to
operate this function.
Example: To cook 0.45kg Pizza using Auto Cook.
1. Select the menu required by
pressing the PIZZA key once.

Turn over when audible signal sounds.
Place beef side up in a flan dish on the turntable
Place quarters best side up in a flan dish on the
turntable.
