Diagnostics Tab
The Diagnostics tab is used for debugging, but also contains general information about the receiver
and allows you to reset a receiver or a transmitter.
To reset the receiver, click Reset Receiver . The reset option is similar to a power cycle.
To reset a transmitter, you must have a KVM session connected from your receiver to the
transmitter you wish to reset. When you click Reset Transmitter , it resets the connected transmitter
and is equivalent to powering the transmitter off and back on. You might reset a transmitter if there
was no keyboard/mouse function after connecting.
NOTE: Resetting a transmitter may affect other users if they are connected to the same transmitter in a
shared session.
The adjust video button is for setting the VGA parameters of the transmitter.
The Video Parameters and USB Parameters links are used by Technical Support for
troubleshooting.
