Ensure any cracks are sealed, loose masonry repaired and the chimney swept. Check the dimensions of your fireplace opening are adequate to accept the new heater.

NEVER place glass directly against the door. Without the insulation seal tape in place, the glass is likely to shatter. Your Firenzo agent will be able to supply any spare parts.
Firenzo Australia Pty will provide free labour and replacement of any parts covered by this warranty or the entire heater at its option after receiving a fully completed Firenzo Australia Pty warranty claim form (available from stockists nationwide).

Any claim under this warranty should be submitted first to the dealer from whom the stove was purchased. In such cases where the dealer cannot be located, the fully completed warranty claim form should be mailed to Firenzo Australia Pty.
