For milling operations, loosens the quill lock
lever and uses the quill feed lever or the
fine feed knob to set the cutting tool height
according to the workpiece. then, presses
the ForWard or reverse button to start
the spindle and uses the table handwheels to
move the table so the cutter removes mate-
rial evenly from the workpiece.
For drilling operations, presses the ForWard
button and uses the quill feed lever or
fine feed knob to lower the drill bit into the
workpiece, then raises the drill bit out of the
workpiece using the same controls.
