The napoleon Hmf150/200 may take outside combustion air directly into the appliance through a 4" (102mm)
inlet collar at the back of the unit. This inlet is to supply combustion air for the Hmf150/200 wood furnace
only.
Secure and seal the intake liners to the collars using 3 sheet metal screws, and high temperature sealant.
insulating the intake liners is recommended in colder climates to prevent condensation from occurring.
