• Make sure that you set the GPS switch to ON prior to recording, to be able to create movies and photos
that you can search for on the Map Index (p. 38).
• The map always displays the north at the top.
• When you record several movies and photos at the same location, the movie or photo recorded most
recently will be displayed on the LCD screen.
• You can also display the Map Index screen by touching

Movies can be divided by a set time and the first scene of each division is displayed on the
index screen. You can start playing back a movie from the selected thumbnaiL
Select the recording media which contains the movie you want to play back before the
operation (p. 69).
