1. You have entered the wrong system PIN.
Enter the system PIN again.

2. The system PIN is still set to 0000.
Set the system PIN to something other than 0000
The answering machine is not recording any messages/has switched to the advisory message.

The memory is full.

Delete old messages.
Play back new messages and delete.
