Pick up call during answering machine recording

Divert call to answering machine:
If the answering machine is switched on and the handset is displaying an external call

Touch [ Divert]. The answering machine starts immediately in Announcement
mode.

Two-way recording of external call:
start and end the two-way recording.
Tell the other party that the call is being recorded.
During a two-way recording, all options apart from [
cannot initiate a consultation call, nor accept nor reject a waiting call.
Operating when on the move (remote operation)
Check or activate the answering machine from another telephone (e.g., from a hotel, mobile
phone).
Prerequisites: The current system PIN is set to something other than 0000
other telephone has tone dialling (DTMF). Alternatively, you can use a code transmitter (availa-
ble from retailers).
Activating the answering machine
Prerequisite: The answering machine is deactivated.

Call your phone line and let it ring until you are prompted to enter the system PIN.

Enter the system PIN for your phone within 10 seconds.

Prerequisite: The answering machine is activated.

Stop playback. Press again to resume.
After a pause of approx. 60 seconds, the connection is ended.
