Call Forwarding It is possible to set up your telephone to forward telephone calls to another number. Important If you set up call forward without an optional timeout and the second number is not answered, your call will be forwarded to that number’s voicemail, not your own. For the call to revert to your voice mail you need to set an optional timeout of less than 20.
