Installing / Removing the Battery
■ Installing the Battery
1.
Lay the battery to face the back of the radio.
2.
Press the bottom of the battery, the latch in the bottom of
the transceiver lock will release. After hearing a "click",
the battery has been locked.
■ Removing the Battery
According to "
lock release tab to remove the battery.
Installing / Removing the Antenna
Installing the Antenna:
■
Screw the antenna into the connector on the top of the
transceiver by holding the antenna at its base and turning it
clockwise until secure.
■ Removing the Antenna:
To remove it: Turn the antenna counterclockwise until
the antenna has been removed from the threads of the
transceiver
