If you are experiencing problems with the operation of your UPS, please refer to the following instructions:
Prior to calling Tech Support please have the following information on hand. It is located on a white sticker located
on the back of the UPS near the receptacles:

Unit Description

The plug of the ONePlus unit (black box) must be plugged directly into an operating wall receptacle. Your
POS equipment must be plugged into receptacles of the ONePlus UPS.
On the back of the ONePlus UPS's are four (4) receptacles. See drawing below. The ONE404AG-SE unit
that you have is designed to supply backup power for 5 minutes under full load and12 minutes under half
load. Note: Due to application specific conditions, your actual run time may be different.
On the front of the unit is the On/Off button, an alarm silence button and 4 LED's (lights).

Turns unit on/off. To turn unit on/off press and hold button for 3 seconds.
Silences the alarm. To silence the alarm press the alarm silence button.
The alarm will not silence if there is a UPS fault, low battery condition or if the
battery needs to be replaced.
Indicates the status of the UPS. There are four (4) LED Indicator lights. See
drawing below for reference.

  • Page 3 With age the batteries no longer will accept the charge, the blinking will persist. Typically this will occur after two or three years of service. Please call ONEAC Technical Support for ordering replacement batteries. Battery replacement instructions are included with the replacement battery pack.
