Air exchange through activated
carbon filters
Wines continue developing under the respective ambient
conditions, and the quality of air is crucial for their
conservation. Accordingly, an activated carbon filter is
installed in each of the top and bottom compartments'
inside rear panels. We recommend that you replace
once a year the illustrated filter that you can order from
your specialised dealer.
Replacing the filter:
Take the filter by the handle. Turn it clockwise or

anticlockwise through 90°. You can now draw out
the filter.
Insert the new filter with the handle upright. Turn it
D
clockwise or anticlockwise through 90° until it snaps
into place.

Defrosting

The appliance starts to defrost automatically.
The collected moisture is directed through the
condensation outlet to the external evaporation pan.
There the condensation evaporates under the heat
from the compressor.

Switching off the appliance

Press the on/off button for about three seconds until

the temperature display goes out.

Disconnecting the appliance

When the appliance is switched off for a long time:

Pull out the mains plug or switch off the fuse.

Cleaning the appliance.

Leave the door open to prevent odours from forming.

Clean the door seal with water only and then dry

thoroughly.
Clean the appliance with tepid rinsing water.

The rinsing water must not drip onto the fascia
or light.
Never clean the shelves or containers in the
dishwasher. The parts may warp.
After cleaning: insert the mains plug or switch on

the fuse.

NEVER use a steam cleaner to clean the appliance.
The steam may come into contact with live parts in
the appliance and cause a short circuit or electric
shock. Steam may damage the plastic surfaces.
