1. Loosen hand wheel
2. Push hand wheel upwards out of way
3. Proceed with press exercise

Pec

1. Make sure that the hand wheel is in the down position and
screwed in tightly
2. Proceed with pec exercise
Lat & Low Pulley
1. Use chain to maximise distance of exercise
2. Clip snap hook onto required chain link to attain desired start
position
