Solution
Transfer the image to your
computer and view it using
the HP Image Zone
software.

software.
• Try modifying the
image again.
• If the same message
displays, transfer the
image to your
computer and modify it
using the HP Image
Zone software.
Turn the camera off, then
on again. If that does not
fix the problem, try
resetting the camera (see
page 126). If the problem
persists, note the error
code and call HP Support
(see page 162).
