Troubleshooting and Support
Solution
• Verify that the tab on
the memory card is
fully in the unlocked
position.
• Wait until the Memory
light stops blinking
before removing the
card from the camera.
Replace the memory card.
• Transfer the image to
your computer and try
opening it with the
HP Image Zone
software.
• Do not remove the
memory card when the
camera is turned on.
Make sure the camera is
properly inserted in the
dock and check the USB
cable connectors at both
the dock and printer,
computer, or television.
Disconnect the camera
from the printer, then take
still images before
reconnecting the camera
to the printer.
