Remove covers (from grid side).

Remove covers (from black side).

Remove the covers from
the grid side of the pads, by
holding the pad as shown
and bending them slightly
to help you grip the covers.
Remove the covers from the black side
of the pads. Keep these, as you will
need them at the end of the exercise.

Step 4:
The location of the smaller GelPads depends on your waist size.
In the example above, the user places the smaller GelPads in the
location nearest to the central pad. This is because their waist size
is between 24" and 30". Use the 3 guidelines on either side of
the belt to help you choose the correct pad location for your size.
Before you progress, make sure that all 3 silver studs are

fully covered by the GelPads.
Step 6:
Position the pads on the belt.
Waist Sizes:
S = 24"-30"
M= 30"-38"
L = 38"-47"
Position belt.
Center the large pad directly
over your navel and stretch the
ends of the belt around your
waist until the small pads are
between the hip-bones and the
ribs on either side of your body.
Fasten the belt behind you.
Pads must be in full

contact with your skin.
