! has 2 toning programs - 1. Beginner and 2. Advanced. We

recommend that you start with program 1 and progress to program 2
after 4 weeks. When you switch on your unit, it will automatically be
set to program 1.
You can change the toning program by pressing the program button.
The power light and the program light will glow together when program
2 is selected.
Program 2 is longer than program 1 which means your muscles will be
worked for a more sustained period of time.
The table below gives you information about the 2 toning programs.

Both programs have "warm-up" and "warm-down" phases. The warm-up
gets your muscles ready for the stronger part of the session, whereas
the warm-down relaxes them again as the contraction is finishing.
