7.3 Quarterly maintenance
The filter mat can be cleaned or replaced. It should be cleaned dry by a vacuum cleaner operated
at medium or low capacity stage.

Open the locks of the intake grille and remove the intake grille.

Remove the filter mat from the intake grille.

Clean the filter mat using a vacuum cleaner or replace it with a new filter mat if necessary.

Place the filter mat in the intake grille, reinsert and close it.
7.4 Annual maintenance
7.4.1 Checking condensate drain

The pump and float switch area must be checked for contamination at least once a year
before the start of the cooling period. The same applies to the condensate pressure line with
the non-return valve installed after the condensate pump.

Free draining of the condensate water can be tested correctly by filling some water into the
condensate tray.
7.4.2 Checking pipe screw connections

Check that all screw connections of the pipes are securely fixed
7.4.3 Checking electrical connections and earthing

Open the electrical switch box.

Check that all electrical connections are securely seated in the terminal strips.

Check the correct earthing of the unit with an appropriate measuring device.

Close the electrical switch box again.
7.4.4 Checking valves / heat exchanger

Check the functioning of the valves if there is according to its manual.
7.5 Troubleshooting
7.5.1 Working state indication and malfunction indication
The LED display indicated the working state of the unit, the malfunction is displayed too.
