FORA D15 Monitor.
• If your system has been opened prior to use and/or does not contain all
parts listed above, please return it to the place of purchase.
• Please note that RS232 Cable for model FORA D15c, Bluetoot Adapter
for FORA D15b, Zigbee Gateway Adapter for FORA D15z, Telehealth
Gateway for FORA D15g, test strips, control solutions and lancets are
