Opening messages automatically (Direct View)
With Direct View, you can set your phone to open incoming text messages and
display them on the home screen as soon as the phone receives them.
Note: Messages will not appear on the screen if the phone is in use.
Select Menu → Messages → Msg Settings → Direct View.
