Sending a simple message
To send a plain text message to a single recipient:
Select Menu → Messages → Send New.

Choose a method to enter the recipient's phone number or email address:

Select a saved number from the Recent List or Contacts List.

Enter a New Address manually. To enter letters, press
press
repeatedly until the symbol appears.

Select a Group List you have created. For more about group lists, see
page 64.

Enter the message. To learn how to enter text, see page 34.
Note: If your message exceeds 123 characters, you may be charged for more
than one message. For more information, see
messages"below.

When you have completed the message, press
50
to switch to
mode. To enter "@" from

right, then
mode, press
to select Send.
