    The bike comes standard with two lock keys. Keep the spare key in a safe place for emergencies. A qualified locksmith may duplicate the keys. Record the key number for future reference and replacement. If the keys are ever lost or stolen, contact an authorized Giant-dealer for replacement.

    Maintenance Giant Hybrid uses plastic shells to cover the electrical parts, so it is forbidden to use excessive water to wash the plastic. Use a soft cloth with a neutral solution to wipe the dirt off the plastic shells. After that, wipe it dry with a clean soft cloth.
