Using HI)M[ _ CEC _mtrol
Lockingthe control panel
You can lock the control panel to prevent your settings from being
changed accidentally (by children, for example). When Panel Lock is set
to On, none of the controls on the control panel operate except POWER.

Press the MENU button.

Select Options > Panel Lock and press the OK button.

Press the A/Y (arrow) buttons to select On.

WhenPanel Lockis setto On, "Panel L ock"appears on screen whenthe
buttonson theTVcontrolpanelotherthanPOWERare pressed. Control
panelPOWERbuttoncannotturnon theTVfrom standby mode.
To unlock the control panel:
o**oSelect Off in Step 3 above.
UsingHDMI ® CECControl
This feature uses CEC technology and allows you to control Toshiba
HDMI _ CEC compatible devices from the TV remote control via HDMI _'
connection.
To set HDIVll ® CECControl Setup

Press the MENU button.

Select Options > HDMI CEC Control Setup and press the OK
button.

Press the A/Y (arrow) buttons to select Enable HDMI CEC
Control and press the OK button.

Press the A/Y (arrow) buttons to select On.
NOTN
If youset EnableHDNI CECControl to Off, theotheritemsunder
HDIVllCECControlSetup will be grayed out.
