ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (CONTINUED) STEP 3: Assemble Upper Frame. Locate: Upper Frame (4), 2x Cushions (17), 4x M10 x 60 Bolts (8), and 4x M10 Flat Washers (6). A. Attach a cushion to the Upper Frame using 4x M10 x 60 Bolts, and 4x M10 Flat Washers. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

Do the entire program at least two and preferably three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months, you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week.

WARM UP/COOL DOWN EXERCISES WARM UP EXERCISES CONTINUED Calf-Achilles Stretch Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward. Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the floor; then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall.
Pure Fitness recommends the use of a Lean back on the Hyperextension bench with spotter for novice users of Hyperextension your lower back against the cushions and Benches.
