Error numbers

If either message listed below is displayed, first power OFF, then ON again. If the
message reappears, note the error number displayed in the high SpO
and refer to the chart below for guidance.

NOTE: If any other number is displayed and/or if you are unable to correct the situation
by cycling power to the monitor, note the error number and contact an authorized
service representative for assistance.
Faulty sensor.

Action
Clean the buttons and the power button pad.
Check alignment; install buttons properly. Replace
damaged button or button pad.
Replace the Display board.
Replace the System board.
PC—use only the TruSat/PC RS-232 cable supplied
with the Trend Download option.
Printer—use only the TruSat/serial printer cable
supplied with the printer.
Replace the ribbon cable.
Check the signal voltages and the wiring on the
cable from the monitor to the connected device.
Replace the Trend Download board.
Press the Alarm Silence button to cancel the alarm
silence.
Replace the relay switch fuse.
Action
Replace the sensor.
Use only OxyTip+ sensors.
Replace the System board.
Install a software upgrade.
Replace the battery pack.
Check cable and connections to
printer/PC. Cycle power and retry.
Use the Trend Download software to
erase trend memory.
