Check collar sleeve
for damage and wear.

If there is damage or wear:

Change the collar sleeve.

Check the length of clutch springs

If the clutch spring length is less than the specified value:

Change all clutch springs.

Check inner clutch hub

If there is damage or wear:

Change the inner clutch hub.

Check clutch pressure cap
»
If there is damage or wear:

Change the clutch pressure cap.
–
Check the contact surfaces of the clutch facing discs in the outer clutch hub
Contact surface, clutch facing discs in clutch basket
»
If the contact surface is very worn:
–
Change the clutch facing discs and the outer clutch hub.
–
Check clutch facing discs
»
If there is discoloration or scoring:
–
Change all clutch facing discs.

Check the thickness of clutch facing discs
Thickness of overall package
»
If the clutch facing discs do not meet specifications:
–
Change all clutch facing discs.

Check intermediate discs
.
