24. Use a pin vise and 1/16-inch (1.5mm) drill bit to
drill six holes (three on each side) to secure the cover to the
wing. Space the holes evenly as shown. Prepare the holes by
threading the screws into the holes, then hardening the holes
using thin CA. Secure the cover to the wing using six M1.8 x
10 wood screws and a #1 Phillips screwdriver.
25. Repeat steps 2 through 24 to install the remaining
retract assembly.

Required Parts
Wing assembly
M4 blind nut (2)
M4 washer (2)
Fiberglass belly pan
Fuselage assembly
M4 x 45 socket head cap screw (2)
1. Locate the items for this section of the manual.
2. Use a small C-clamp to press the two M4 blind nuts
into position from the inside of the fuselage. Use a small
amount of 30-minute epoxy to each of the prongs to secure
the blind nut in the wood. Use care not to get any epoxy into
the threads of the blind nut.
3. Tape a piece of waxed paper at the front and rear of the
wing saddle. Attach the wing to the fuselage using two M4
x 45 socket head cap screws and two 4mm washers. Use a
3mm hex wrench to tighten the screws.
