Troubleshooting

Should you encounter a problem
with your system, find your problem
in the troubleshooting checklist
below and take the corrective
action.
If the problem persists, consult your
nearest Sony dealer.
Note that if the service personnel
changes some parts during repair,
these parts may be retained.
If the system becomes
inoperable with no display
Immediately unplug the power
cord and wait a few minutes.
Then check the following:
Is anything blocking the
ˎ
ventilation holes of the
subwoofer?
Is the USB port short-circuited?
ˎ
After you have checked the
above items, keep the power
cord unplugged for about an
hour. Then reconnect the power
cord, and turn on the system
again. If the issue persists,
contact your nearest Sony dealer.
