5.6.10. e (Error Detection)

Function: To get error states. If error is detected, system automatically starts shutdown process
and becomes stand-by mode. Detected error status is obtained in stand-by mode.
Detected errors are cleared on next start-up. If any errors are detected again, system
replies the error information. If not, it replies "no error."
