Adjusting Steering Dampener
Refer to image on previous page.
1. Loosen, but DO NOT remove, the two socket screws F
securing the dampener clamp B to the handcycle frame G.
Ensuring the front wheel and dampener clamp B are inline with

the handcycle frame G, securely tighten the two socket screws
F securing the dampener clamp B to the handcycle frame G.
3. Test drive handcycle, if handcycle pulls to the left or right repeat
STEPS 1-2 until handcycle drives straight.

Cassette Chain
Spread the chain A out flat and run it around the chain ring B

on the crank D and the sprocket C on the hub.
It may be necessary to turn the hand crank in a clockwise
motion to position the chain on the small sprocket.
Ensure that crank assembly D is loosened.

3. Lift up on the chain derailleur E and thread the chain A under
the derailleur E.
4. Thread the chain B around the wheel sprocket C.
Run the chain B around the bottom of the wheel sprocket C
5.
and back up towards the hand crank sprocket B.
Attach the chain A together using the master link (w/clip)
