Place the second clamp over the frame and the fork/frame
attachment plate.

Securely tighten the upper and lower clamps. There should
be 1/8 inch (0.3175 cm)gap between the frame and fork/frame
attachment plate.
CAUTION!
– Do not overtighten.

Loosely tighten the dampener bolt to hold the fork in place.
11.
To center the front wheel, tighten the set screws on each side of
the dampener plate. After the front wheel is centered, tighten
the dampener screw.
