A) Position the backrest in the rear attachments of the seat cushion, the backrest should then be put in a horizontal position. Height adjustment of headrest A properly adjusted headrest ensures that the diagonal belt gives your child the right protection and comfort. There are eleven possible positions of the vertical headrest. You shall adjust the headrest so that you can fit two fingers between your child’s shoulders and neck support (D). - Page 6 Adjusting angle of the backrest The backrest of the child seat is adjustable to fit your car seat in the best way. Please note: Before adjusting the angle of the backrest please beware that the best possible protection can only be achieved if the car seat is in upright position. - Page 7 Mounting the child seat WARNING! Do not use the child seat when it is not mounted. The child seat can in this position tip backwards and therefore you should always fit the child seat in your vehicle before you put the child in it. The child seat does not require any special installation in the car other than the settings that has been described earlier in this user guide.
- Page 8 Put the lap belt through the belt guide on the other side of the child seat (J). PLEASE NOTE! Make sure that the lap belt is fitted as close as possible to the child’s hips. Put the shoulder belt through the red belt guide in the child seat´s neck rest until it slips in to the guide and is secured by the belt guide locking mecha- nism (K).

Safety checklist Please check the following points: • The lapbelt (M1) is running through both the red belt guides on the child seat´s sides. • The shoulder belt (M2) is running through the red belt guide on the side of the child seat where the vehicle´s belt buckle is located. - Page 10 Cleaning the child seat If the child seat´s cover is replaced make sure only to use original products from Axon Kids. If not the safety system could be compromised and may lead to death or injury of your child in case of an incident. • The child seat´s cover can be taken off and washed in the laundry.
