4.4.8 BBU Module LED

The hot-swappable BBU comes with an LED that indicates the status of the
current battery charge, module failure, or when battery cells are being
replenished.

In addition to BBU failure itself and the charger failure, the
subsystem may also light the BBU fault LED when the following
occur:
