In the Control Panel window, double-click the Add or Remove Programs
icon.

In the Add or Remove Programs dialog box, select Creative Modem
Blaster V.92 External CB5722 Properties and then click the Change/
Remove button.

Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstallation.
