SoftBank is not liable for damages to the user or third parties.

may result in injury, electric shock or fire, or cause the battery
to leak, overheat, rupture or ignite. Contact SoftBank
(P.16-19) for testing, adjustment or repair. Do not modify the
handset or charger. Doing so may result in electric shock or
fire.
Keep away from water.
Do not expose the handset to liquids. Doing so may result in
overheating, electric shock or fire, or cause damage or injury,
or may damage the battery, hinder performance or shorten
battery life.
