Start Tools Calendar
If Monthly view appears, switch to Agenda.

Select an appointment

Menu Edit
For recurring appointments, select whether to edit all or one.

Edit each item Done
When Attendees are saved, select whether to notify them of
changes.
Deleting

Start Tools Calendar
If Monthly view is open, switch to Agenda.

Highlight an appointment

Menu Delete
For recurring appointments, select whether to delete all or one.
When Attendees are saved, select whether to notify them of the
cancellation.
