3. ACCELERATION SENSOR AND CONTROL LEVER

When installing control lever cable to acceleration
sensor, be sure that the acceleration sensor lever is
fully released at the idle position and fully pulled at
the full-load position. The swing distance of lever
between idle and full-load position is 65mm.
The procedures for control lever installation
1) Idle position setting
Make sure that the position value (%) indicates 0%
in neutral position.
2) Full load position setting
Make sure that the position value (%) indicates full
load range (90~99.2%) at full forward lever position.
If not, disassemble and adjust the base neutral
position of the control lever by moving it to the rear
until the conditions are met.
