vVideo BIOS Cacheable
Select "Enabled" to allow caching of the Video BIOS which may improve
performance. If any other program writes to this memory area, a system error
may result. The available setting values are: Enabled and Disabled.
vMemory Hole At 15M-16M
This option is used to determine whether the 15M-16M address field of memory
is reserved for the ISA expansion card. The available setting values are:
Enabled and Disabled.
vPCI Express Root Port Func
Press <Enter> to set the items of PCI Express root port function. Please refer
to page 35.
vPEG/Onchip VGA Control
Set this option as "Onchip VGA", if you want to use onboard VGA; set this
option as "PEG Port", if you want to used PCI Express x16 graphics card; set
as Auto, BIOS will auto-detect and enable the device you used. The available
setting values are: Onchip VGA, PEG Port, Auto.
Note: The following items will be shown and modified when you use onboard
VGA .
vOn-Chip Frame Buffer Size
This item is used to set the VGA frame buffer size. The available setting values
are: 1MB, 4MB, 8MB, 16MB, 32MB.
Note: This function does not work when the external display card is used.
vDVMT/FIXED Memory Size
This item is used to set DVMT (Dynamic Video Memory Technology) memory
size/fixed memory size for onboard VGA .. DVMT ensures the most efficient use
of available system memory resources for maximum 2D/3D graphics
performance. The available setting values are: 0MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB.
vInit Display First
This option is used to set which display device will be used first when your PC
starts up.
