Cause What to do
Have the low-beam headlights checked
as soon as possible.
Have the high-beam headlights
checked.
Have the rear fog lights checked.
Have the headlight beam throw adjust-
ment system checked.
Have the trailer's lighting system
checked as soon as possible.
Top up coolant immediately, see
page 125.
Stop immediately and switch off the
engine. You cannot continue your jour-
ney. Contact BMW Service.
Top up engine oil immediately; see
page 123 for more information.
