6 TROUBLESHOOTING

SYMPTOM
Motor will not operate.
No discharge at shower
heads.
Low or fluctuating pressure.
Water is leaking from
Pressure Relief Valve.
Oil leaking from unit.
Decon solution will not
siphon.
Water leaking from under
unit.
Burner will not ignite.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE
Circuit overload.
GFCI tripped.
Motor overload.
Inadequate water supply.
Water inlet hose is kinked.
Water inlet screen is blocked or
clogged.
Water inlet pressure is too high.
Water temperature is too high.
Defective valve.
Worn O-ring or seals
Solution pickup is not
completely submerged.
Solution strainer obstructed.
Solution hose is cut, obstructed
or kinked.
Solution adjusting stem turned
to closed position or bypass
switch is OFF.
Safety relief valve is releasing
caused by an unloaded or
pressure switch malfunction.
Power switch is defective or not
in the ON position.
No voltage.
Out of fuel.
Fuel tank inlet tube screen
obstructed.

REMEDY
Check wall breaker or fuse.
Reset.
Reset thermal overload button on
pump motor or inside electrical
control panel.
Ensure hose is 1 ½" dia. and
incoming water supply is turned on.
Remove kink.
Remove screen, clean and or
replace.
Incoming water pressure can not
exceed 125 PSI.
Do not allow unit to operate with
water supply OFF.
Replace.
Contact REEVES EMS.
Check and submerge if necessary.
Inspect, clean and or replace.
Inspect, clean and or replace.
Adjust stem or turn on the bypass
switch.
1. Detect and correct
unloaded or pressure
switch problem.
2. Replace safety relief valve.
NEVER run unit without
safety relief valve. May
cause an explosion.
Ensure switch is ON or replace
power switch.
Contact REEVES EMS.
Refuel.
Remove, inspect and clean or
replace tube.
