4 Replacement Procedures

4.21 Slot ODD Module

Removing the Slot ODD Module

NOTE: The installation and removal procedures are the same for all the modules that
can be installed in the ODD bay. See the appropriate sections for the disassembly
procedures of specific modules.
Remove the Slot ODD Module according to the following procedures and Figures 4-33.
1. Lift up the slot ODD back then take it follow arrow direction.
CAUTION: Handle the ODD bay module carefully it can become hot during operation.

Installing the Slot ODD Module

Install the Slot ODD module according to the following procedures and Figures 4-33.
1. Place the Slot ODD module in the correct position.
