Inbound Calls

Inbound Calls is the portion of dial plan configuration that maps Cbeyond DIDs to
local extensions. DIDs that were entered in the SIP/BRI section of Telephony
configuration are displayed in the These Phone Numbers portion of the Inbound
Calls screen. The default setting is for the UC320W to send all calls inbound on the
DIDs to the AA. This is the "Default Route" for the calls.
This routing may be perfectly acceptable to some customers. Others may prefer that
DIDs ring individual users' phones extensions. To configure this more advanced
configuration, the administrator must click on the Move button next to a DID and
reassign the Ring mapping as shown in the next few pages.
