NAT Mapping should be left unchecked in a "basic" Cbeyond installation where the

Cbeyond IAD is the next hop for the UC320W. Installers should reference the online

help for details about this option but it essentially enables a SIP ALG, requiring a

static IP address for the purposes of NAT and allowing STUN server configuration.

These options may be helpful for installations with customer firewalls that do not

support NAT ALG functionality.
