Storage Battery
The motorcycles are equipped with
two series -connected sto-
rage
ba.tteries type 3MT6, having a rated voltage of
12
V and a ca-
pacity of

discharge
rate).
The
storage
batltery
serves to supply
p·ower to
all the
consumers
of the
motorcycle,
with
the ·engine inoperative
or
running
at
slow
speeds. When
the engine orperates
at a speed
greater
than
1000-
1200 r.
p.
m., the load
is
switched over,
either
completely or partial-
ly, from
1he
battery
to the
.
g
enerator
which is also
used
to charge
the
storage
battery.
When using
and
servicing
the
storage battery, follow the
instruc-
tions
for-
using the
storage
battery.
