1. Press the On / Off button. All displays will appear for
approximately one second before returning to "0". The unit is
ready for measurement at this point.
If the downward arrow "

Release Valve" until "0" appears on display.
2. Squeeze the bulb to increase pressure in the
arm cuff. The display will show the pressure.
Continue pumping until it reaches
approximately 30 to 40 mmHg above your
normal systolic pressure.
If the pressure in the cuff is not high enough,
an upward arrow "
you that you should continue pumping.
3. Sit still and wait for the monitor to deflate and
take your measurement.
4. At the end of the measurement the monitor
will save and display the systolic, diastolic,
and pulse readings. Measurement is now
completed. The display will indicate a
downward arrow "
valve until all pressure in the cuff is released.
5. Press the On / Off button to turn off the power.
If no button is pressed, the unit will shut
off automatically in 1 minute.
