Using the Main Menu
3. Configure the following:
• TCP Port (Client Port): Used for remote video streaming to computers and mobile
devices. The default port number is 35000.
• HTTP Port: Used to enable connection to the system's web browser interface. The
default port number is 80.
• UDP Port: Used for special applications. The default port number is 35001.
• RTSP Port: Used for special applications. The default port number is 554.
Note
You must port forward the TCP (Client) Port and HTTP Ports to enable remote access to the
system.
4. Click OK to save changes.

14.3.3 Configuring DDNS

Lorex DDNS is available as an optional connectivity option. Please see 19 DDNS Setup
(Advanced), page 145 for details.
The primary connectivity option uses FLIR Cloud™ to connect to your system over the In-
ternet without requiring port forwarding or DDNS registration. For details, see 15 Connect-
ing to Your System Over the Internet on PC or Mac, page 69.
To configure DDNS settings:
1. From live view, right-click and select Main Menu.
2. Click
>Network.
3. Click Network Setting.
4. Check DDNS.
